La base de la existencia del Centro de Ética Militar es la determinación de proporcionar acceso abierto, libre y de calidad, a recursos de investigación en línea a los que pueda acceder cualquier persona, desde cualquier lugar del mundo para fomentar la conciencia sobre la ética y promover decisiones efectivas en los entornos militares desde el punto de vista de la ética.
